The bug occurred only when Protocols>1 (never with Protocols=1) and then only with certain combinations of total script duration and sample interval.

  "The solution user options (.suo) file contains per-user solution options.
   This file should not be checked in to source code control."

remove .suo files from repository;
add .gitignore file

install.bat: install also uninstaller (uninstall.bat); change some REMs to ECHO for higher verbosity
